This page explains, in plain language, what details we collect on sanduratours.com, why, where they go, and how to reach us about them. The short version: we collect only what we need to plan your trip or prepare its paperwork, we never sell your details or use them for advertising, and you can ask us at any time what we hold about you.

Trip enquiries & the trip planner

When you send an enquiry or a trip plan from our website, you give us your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the details of the trip you have in mind. Two things happen:

Your message opens in your own WhatsApp or email app, addressed to us — you see exactly what is sent, and you press send yourself.
A copy of the enquiry is also saved to a restricted spreadsheet only our team can open, so that no enquiry is ever lost. This happens when you use the send button.

We use these details solely to reply to you and plan your trip. No marketing lists, no newsletters you didn't ask for, no sharing with anyone else.

The trip-details (passport) form

If a tour operator working with us sends you a link to our trip-details form, it asks for the details their border and permit paperwork legally requires: each traveller's name, nationality, sex, date of birth and passport or ID details, and the vehicle(s) travelling.

What we do with it:

It is sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a restricted-access spreadsheet that only the Sandura team can open.
It is shared only with the tour operator named on your form, and only to prepare that trip's official border and permit documents.
It is never used for marketing, never sold, and never shared with anyone else.
It is deleted within 30 days of your trip ending.

Details of travellers under 18 are submitted with the consent of a parent or guardian, confirmed on the form itself.

Visitor statistics

Our website is served through Cloudflare, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It is privacy-first: it sets no cookies and does not track or identify individual visitors — we only see overall figures such as how many people visited and which pages they read. Cloudflare, as the network delivering the site to your browser, processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site; you can read more in Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

Stored on your device only

If you choose a display currency for the trip planner's cost estimate, that preference is remembered in your own browser, on your own device. It is never sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them — and we will. Just write to us at the address below.
